Understands the learning value of electronic communication by participating in class activity such as "Ask an Expert".

Intermediate Level

With teacher guidance, enhances learning of content with activities such as KeyPal, class email or teleconferences.

Advanced Level

Enhances learning of content by conversing electronically in "real time" with student from another location on a focused topic.

Superior Level

Designs telecommunication learning component such as poetry reading, arts performance or virtual science fair; follows safe and ethical procedures related to sharing information.
