Business Meeting

Mr. Radtke called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

Members Present: Jonathan Radtke-Chairperson, Ellen Alcorn, Teri McRae, Tae Chong, Otis Thompson

Members not present: Jason Toothaker, Stephen Spring, Benjamin Meiklejohn, James DiMillo, Sophia Njaa, Michael Imbergamo

Report of the Chair

Mr. Radtke mentioned that an Elementary Facilities Task Force will be convened in the fall to review the current Elementary Facilities Plan including the upcoming Clifford School project.

Superintendent’s Report

Superintendent O’Connor:

· Acknowledged the 260 graduates of the Class of 2005 from Deering High School

· Retirees were recognized by building principals and/or department supervisors.

Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.

No workshop was held.
