The Portland Schools believe that all children and families who need services should be given the opportunity to access services. 

Children have complex needs and often do better when they have support in all parts of their world.  When children’s behavioral and emotional needs are satisfied they can have positive, stable, and productive lives at home, in the community, and at school.

A child’s world includes home, community and school.  Therefore, we have formed the

Student Multi-Agency Resource Team

to bring parents, community service providers, and school personnel together to address a child’s needs.
